For over three years, I served as the creative director for Sargento, leading the charge as the digital agency of record. My role was multifaceted—balancing the creation of mouthwatering content with a deep focus on strategy tailored to each product line's unique needs.
One of the most significant aspects of this account was ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels. This meant aligning closely with the above-the-line agency, Olgivy, while prioritizing best practices for digital spaces to maximize results. Additionally, I led efforts to redefine Sargento’s social media presence, establishing them as a standout brand in highly competitive spaces like Pinterest.
The work included yearly strategic planning, concept development, monthly photo and video shoots, recipe ideation, and ongoing creative optimization based on performance data. Campaigns spanned rich media banners, viral pizza stunts, interactive out-of-home engagements, and endless streams of innovative social content. The results speak for themselves: a 37% increase in brand engagement, a 30% lift in incremental product sales, and a 12% boost in efficiency.
We also picked up accolades along the way, including recognition from YouTube and Clio Awards, reflecting the impact and creativity that drove the partnership. Sargento’s digital presence continues to thrive as a result of our comprehensive, consumer-first approach.

For Sargento’s aged cheese line, we created the World’s Slowest Pizza Delivery—a digital and experiential campaign that captured the art of aging to perfection. The website featured the world’s longest order-tracking bar, live cheese-aging cameras, and the ability for users to reserve their pizza, which took over three months to deliver through iconic local pizza joints.
